The situation must necessarily take two cases into consideration:

• TREATMENT OF LITTERS OR SLATTED FLOORINGS
  You have to consider two fundamental cases also here, that is: 'clean flooring or new litter' and 'dirty flooring or litter already in use'.
  
  ATTACK PHASE
  In the case named 'clean flooring or new litter' spread 5 g/m² of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9 every day during the first treatment week. Such inoculation must be possibly made at dusk by means of a specially provided bellows.
  In the case named 'dirty flooring and litter already in use' spread 10 g/m² of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9 every day during the first treatment week. Such inoculation must be possibly made at dusk by means of a specially provided bellows.
  
  MAINTENANCE PHASE
  From the second week onwards, starting either from a clean flooring or from a litter already in use, spread once a week 5 g/m² of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9, always by means of a specially provided bellows. In same cases and under the supervision of our technical department, it is possible to pass to the product Biomar Enzymplus E/5, saving a lot of money.
• TREATMENET OF SLURRY UNDER SLATTED FLOORINGS
  In this case it is essential to consider the height of the slurry present on and under the slatted floorings.
  
  ATTACK PHASE
  
  • From 0 to 50 cm, inoculate 10 g/m² of flooring of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9 every day during the first treatment week.
  • From 50 to 100 cm, inoculate 40 g/m³ of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9 every day during the first treatment week.
  • Over 1 metre of underlying slurry, inoculate 80 g/m³ of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9 every day during the first treatment week.
  It is always advisable to inoculate the enzymes in the evening at dusk and, if possible, to turn over the underlying slurry by means of a floor-scraping bladed pump or with any other tool able to mix perfectly the enzymes with the slurry. If no tools are available, wet the slurry with water immediately after the inoculation. With this operation you can mix better the product with the slurry.
  
  MAINTENANCE PHASE
  From the second week onwards, inoculate 15 g/m³ of our product Biomar Enzymplus E/9 once every 20 days. In same cases and under the supervision of our technical department, it is possible to pass to the product Biomar Enzymplus E/5, saving a lot of money.

The above instructions for cattle farms are still valid, but we recommend to contact our technical department, because there might be other direct treatment types for which the animals metabolize better, are less restless and get to the desired weight in shorter times. You have to consider two fundamental cases also here, that is:

• Clean flooring or new litter
• Dirty flooring or litter already in use
