BIOTECHNOLOGIES: WASTEWATER TREATMENT IN BIOLOGICAL PURIFIERS
For zootechnical, civil and industrial purifiers.

We illustrate below three systems to calculate the product necessary quantity: the three systems are equivalent and so it is possible to choose the most consistent one with the plant features.
METHOD 1
ATTACK PHASE
10%0 of BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 16 on dry substance (40-50 g/m³ of liquid sewage present in the oxidation tank) for at least 4-5 weeks and inoculations every 2-3 days.

STABILIZATION PHASE
When the biological cycle is going to establish, you can pass to BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 9, decreasing gradually the dosages to keep the discharged water values stable.

MAINTENANCE PHASE
2-3%0 of BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 9 on dry substance or 12-15 g/m³ every 2-3 days.
METHOD 2
ATTACK PHASE
BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 16 40÷80 g/m³ of wastewater discharged daily 2÷3 times a week and for 3 weeks.

STABILIZATION PHASE
When the analysis demonstrate that the bacterial flora is going to grow, the dosages of BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 16 can be decreased to 15 g/m³ of wastewater discharged daily 2 times a week. When the biological cycle is established, you can pass to BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 9, decreasing gradually the dosages.

MAINTENANCE PHASE
When the biological cycle is completely established, the dosage of BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E/9 can be decreased to 10 g/m³ of wastewater discharged daily 2 times a week to keep the wastewater values stable.
METHOD 3
ATTACK PHASE
BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 16 0, 8÷1,0% x kg of incoming BOD5 every day for the first week.

STABILIZATION PHASE
When the biological cycle is going to establish, you can pass to BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 9 and follow the same instructions to keep the wastewater values stable.

MAINTENANCE PHASE
When the biological cycle is established, it is possible to use BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS E 9 0,2÷0,3% x kg of incoming BOD5 every day.
